We operate the Coding Tools developer API platform at getcodingtools.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

- You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API token. Any activity under your token is your responsibility.
- You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or any other usage restrictions.
- You may not use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code.
2. API Usage, Purchases & Quotas
Free-tier accounts include 30 total API calls. After the included allowance is exhausted, you may purchase additional call packs or a lifetime unlimited license through Paddle checkout. Purchases are subject to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. All plans remain subject to reasonable rate limits and abuse protections. We reserve the right to adjust packaging and rate limits at any time to maintain service stability.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Web-SG-getpictools and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to any data you submit to the Service for processing.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
