I run this site solo. If something is not working right, if you have an idea for a feature, or if you just have a question, email me. I read every message, usually within a day.
No ticketing system. No chatbot. Just email.
What to include
- Bug report: which tool you used, what input you gave, and what went wrong.
- Feature idea: what problem it solves and how you would expect it to work.
- Question: ask it directly. Short emails are fine.
Response time
I aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekends might take a bit longer.
